This was the first new product platform launched by Gerber since 2013 and pivotal to recapturing brand reputation in the global market. > Identified, collaborated with Contract Manufacturer located in China and executed risk mitigation actions during global pandemic to keep project on-schedule. Pivotal action taken to move all Alpha machine components, located in China, to the US in late-January as COVID was beginning to affect Chinese manufacturing with shop closures.
