I work with cultural networks and broader creative industry groups to deliver projects / programs which support our local artists and promote the sustainability of creative industries across the MidCoast region. Liaising with government bodies on a local and state level in the Arts and Education units is a daily part of my role, along with facilitating collaboration across our 13 assets within my team at MidCoast Council

I was integral in planning and implementing art and culture initiatives to deliver on Council's MidCoast Cultural Plan and drove action planning to address key priorities such as Aboriginal Culture and the Arts and Creative sector development. I put together and administered the inaugural cultural grants funding program and handed over the role once a suitable candidate was found so I could focus on my role as Arts and Cultural programs facilitator for MidCoast Council.

I coordinate a team to deliver monthly events hosting buyers and stakeholders with musicians, artists and the public. I manage and sell custom artwork to collectors, corporates and the public via a website, printed press and social media marketing campaigns, plus utilise my skills in the media drawing in TV and radio personalities to cover during their daily news segment.As a result The gallery has been featured on Prime 7 nightly news, NBN nightly news, Visit NSW media campaigns along with Barrington Coast Tourism, The Great Lakes Advocate, Focus Magazine and MidCoast Council campaigns.

Responsible for maintaining the digital footprint of the company across multiple platforms: Australian Good Food guide, Destination NSW, Barrington Coast, Mid Coast Council websites, including multiple social media platformsAs the stakeholder engagement manger I liaised with the three surrounding Business Chambers, local and state Tourism and Council bodies, Community groups and Educational institutions to ensure the company was well connected. Developed longstanding relationships for the company with multiple hospitality, tourism and business stakeholders including the music / entertainment industry when the company went into the night time sector.
