Answers phone calls for County Administrator, takes messages, directs calls, and provides information to callers. Composes and types correspondence, memoranda and reports for County Administrator. Reviews and distributes mail to the County Administrator. Coordinates County Administrator’s calendar and appointments. Arranges travel accommodations for County Administrator.
