At Bank of America my main responsibilities were locating and reviewing current treasury legal documentation for existing treasury clients within existing bank owned document repositories. This position entails a detailed review and knowledge of legal documentation and compiling/reporting all findings. As Team Lead, I was also responsible for training, team building and professional development projects for my team.

As a data analyst in the Title Source department at SLK Global, my main responsibility was to analyze mortgage documents and enter pertinent information to create personalized home title reports for client title companies. This position was a driven production-based data-entry, that involved intense analysis and understanding of government, state and county requirements for title documentation.

VIPdesk is a virtual call center for several catalog based companies. As a virtual assistant, I telecommuted using the company software to assist in receiving and documenting calls. As a brand ambassador for ServiceMagic, I assisted in helping consumers take care of home projects by connecting them with certified, background-checked contractors. I also helped consumers determine what contractors they would need based on their personal needs.

As an 3rd tier agent for Xbox and Xbox 360 technical support, I answered calls from customers; usually to troubleshoot and/or repair gaming consoles. Working on the XPG team I was able to help assist in the testing of brand new processes to the Xbox repair process. I worked with various warranty issues and serious escalations.

My daily responsibilities included scheduling warranty repair work, daily follow up calls with sub-contractors and customers regarding warranty claims. I maintained spreadsheets for the warranty department, and helped to schedule repair appointments for warranty repair and assessment.

This job involved authorizing members of a variety of health insurance plans receiving chiropractic, physical and occupational therapies. Some of the routine tasks I did each day required me to speak to providers and members about their health plans and educate them on the authorization process.
