Direct report to the Dean, OHSU School of Medicine. Executive oversight and direction of an integrated, multi-disciplinary, primary and specialty, women's health ambulatory center caring for women across the lifespan from adolescence through menopause. 34% of visits were across multiple disciplines. In 5 yrs grew visits from 66k to 80k and specialties from 14 to 17. Added partnerships with women's cardiology, dermatology, adolescent hematology and menopausal medicine. Extensive and successful partnership with OHSU Foundation. Built research database linking women's health related research across OHSU.Served as OBGYN design representative in 2015 for the OHSU Ambulatory Hospital integrated design planning process.

Lead ambulatory operations for provider access, template optimization, and space allocation in dyad leadership with practice manager for multi-departmental women's health clinic.Physician consultant and clinicial design development lead for design and construction of new Center for Women's Health location in OHSU's Kohler Pavilion.Achieved designation as National Center of Excellence in Women's Health by the US Dept of Health and Human Services, 2003 - present.

Oversaw the divisions of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and Gynecologic Oncology while the department of OBGYN searched for a new gynecologic oncology division chief. The combined position was no longer required when that recruitment was complete.
