I managed an average of 130 production orders, with varying levels of difficulty, from the first stage of order entry to the last stage of shipping. I maintained communication with internal departments as well as the customer. I also assisted in training and provided informational support to my fellow Project Coordinators.

I planned Seasonal Sales Meetings and Trade Shows. Kept track of multiple budgets, created Purchase Orders and processed Invoices. Placed POP, Sample & SWAG order for Sales Reps., and sponsorship orders for the Marketing department. Managed Seasonal Sample Orders for all internal departments.
