A member of the senior leadership team. My role is to drive efficiencies and business improvements, financial and statutory reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.

Broad and high volume role, complete oversight of the finance and payroll function of the Talentpath business. Reporting directly to the Co-founders and directors of the business I worked closely with the Operation Manager on various tasks and projects.

Interim role to support the creative director as the business and economy came out of COVID and the associated effects.Managed the business finances from AP, payroll to weekly and monthly reporting, lodgement of statutory returns, budgeting and forecasting.Oversight of team, including training as well as operational aspects including liaising with international suppliers, external accountants and financiers

Manage a small finance/admin team. Joint project manager of new payroll and time and attendance software. Daily bank and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Full process of end of month financials including stocktake. BAS and FBT returns. Assist auditors and General Manager as required in all financial matters. Annual budgeting.

Treasury function, daily cash flow and liquidity management, APRA reporting, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, internal management reporting including ALCO, month and year end financials, external audit prep work, assist with budgeting, forecasting and FBT

Full function accounts payable, daily bank and operational reconciliations, daily liquidity reporting, process staff corporate card expenditure, BAS return
