Technology Experience & Adoption Manager
As a member of the Workspace Technology Leadership Team I regularly contribute to updating our team strategy (when required), yearly product roadmaps, business cases for yearly project funding and team coordination for department-wide Quarterly Planning.As the lead for the TEXA team I have implemented an Operating Model (including a form to track adhoc requests) and regular Agile ceremonies for my team, led the Change Management stream on the enterprise-wide Microsoft Teams rollout (for approx. 3,000 staff across AUS/US), implemented the “Tech Hub” (intranet site) and e-learning module to assist new starters and other staff to learn more about technology and our tools, regularly surveyed all staff about their technology experience and created a register of opportunities to address feedback and developed a “Tech Expo” event, designed as an immersive learning and engagement opportunity between staff and Technology. This event was delivered across three corporate offices for approximately 600 attendees.

Senior Change Analyst / Change Manager
Designed and executed the change plan, impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and communication and learning approach for 7 nation-wide changes to HR and Finance tools and processes for up to 9,000 staff members across Australia.
