Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Notarize. I am proud to say I was the first female to be promoted internally to the C-suite, am the executive leader sponsoring the Notarize Women’s ERG group and an inaugural member of the Notarize Women’s Coaching Collective, serving as a coach of two women’s Coaching Cohorts providing support, encouragement and a psychologically safe space for women to gather, discuss and provide solutions and tactics to overcoming common issues women at work may face. In my time at Notarize I have scaled our team from one attorney to a full service legal and compliance team, and in addition to the traditional legal functions I created and oversee the risk, exam, fraud prevention, data protection and information security functions at Notarize.
