• Acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors (400-600 daily) by providing symptom screening upon entrance to a Swedish American location. • Responsible for the smooth flow of patients, visitors through designated entrances of SAHS locations. • Ability to navigate and establish priorities in an, ambiguous environment. • Demonstrates ability to work with a variety of customers in a friendly, courteous manner, and actively listen to successfully determine the customer's needs. • Ability to interact with a diverse client population and provide excellent customer service. • Excellent communication skills. • Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team, interdependently and collaboratively. • Ability to problem solve, manage conflict, address customer concerns and complaints, and initiate recovery steps for service failures.

Duties varied depending upon the age of students served as well as the nature and severity of the student’s disabilities.• Assist in the educational and social development of students under thedirection and guidance of the facilitator and classroom teachers.• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans for the students andmonitor their progress.• Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom toenable them to fully participate in activities.• Work with other professionals, such as speech therapist, social worker,occupational and physical therapists.• Assist classroom teachers with maintaining student records. • Supports students with emotional or behavior concerns and assist them in developing appropriate social skills.• Documentation of all skills learned and mastered• Documentation for Medicaid Reimbursement
