I managed and analyzed monthly utility data reports to identify areas for energy savings and efficiency improvements. I regularly presented energy findings to key stakeholders, including the Superintendent, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Facilities, and School Board; I conducted over 42 presentations annually. I engaged with each school faculty to promote energy conservation measures. Furthermore, I audited district-owned campuses during unoccupied hours, provided detailed reports and recommendations for energy conservation. I shared my audits and recommendations with site administration and district facilities, and I collaborated closely with campus staff to implement energy-saving strategies. Additionally, I organized initiatives such as an energy conservation art contest and presentations at school events to educate students and families on the importance of energy conservation. Finally, I fostered positive relationships with district staff, campus leaders, and teachers to drive energy savings initiatives. Through my efforts, my school district saved over $5,000,000 in just under two years.

I monitored and assessed the lesson plans implemented by interns, and collaborated on joint inquiries, data collection, and analysis to improve students' academic outcomes.Lastly, as the fourth grade team leader, I served as a liaison between my grade level team and leadership, bringing forth concerns and suggestions for discussion and resolution. I took charge of organizing and leading monthly fourth-grade team meetings, creating agendas and facilitating discussions. Additionally, I provided mentorship to new teachers within the fourth-grade team. I was responsible for organizing field trips and coordinating special events specific to fourth grade. Furthermore, I ensured that information from administration was communicated effectively to the appropriate team members.
