Vice President Of Events, Strategic Planning
Current• Oversee a team with 2 direct reports and 8 total team members with a focus on strategic planning to obtain revenue growth for the department• Within 7 months of 2021, curated brand new product line for transitioning to hybrid-model events, streamed from our 3rd party platform with resource tools for our customers• Align communications with key stakeholders, sales, and marketing to ensure best positioning for selling our new product line and supporting our customers• Develop thought-focused plans to increase event registration numbers while maintaining the flexibility to shift strategy in the moment, which has led to positive revenue growth in 2021• Manage department budget and expenses to ensure profit margins are met• Collaborate with department directors and vice presidents to achieve overall company goals and measure success against KPI’s• Continue to optimize the processes and operations for in-person events and fully virtual events
