Provide excellent customer service-Inform all customers of upcoming events and promotions-Help maintain stock levels and merchandise store -Store maintenance (Cleaning, dusting, re-stocking)-Organize the stockroom and the sales floor-Prep merchandise for the sales floor-Good etiquette on the phone-Keeping in contact with Customers about their holds, layaway's and Special orders-Keeping up to date with new products

•Inbound service calls from members and/or providers with questions related to, but not limited to, health benefits, eligibility status/issues, claims inquiries, requests for member materials, primary care physician changes, prescription coverage, prescription benefits, and ID cards. • Provide objective information pertaining to coverage, annual notice of change, pharmacy/network coverage, and drug formularys • Ensures proactive customer service with the highest degree of courtesy and telephone etiquette

Volunteers as Webmaster of eccruisers.net, working with text, adding images, keeping the site updated.Devoting time to working at car shows that benefit charities.Review and update webpage content and links in a timely manner.Collaborate with car club members about content for website.Monitors web developments by staying update with latest information.
