I have been fascinated with food since I was 14 years old. My great grandmother came to this country from Italy with nothing. She opened a boarding house and restaurant in Williamsport ,Pennsylvania . People lined up down the street to eat there. That love of food has been passed on to me. I am a self-taught cook. I started making cookies ,rustic tarts and scones when my children were young to keep my sanity. I sold my products to country stores and gourmet shops. That opened an opportunity to start catering for people and local businesses .
