Managed the vendor/finance area for the separation of the legacy MPT business operations: consisted of six manufacturing sites (3 international) and other business operations migrating to a new SAP platform as well as a new 3PL provider.Finance: Responsible for $35M project overall budget. A key member of the reengineering team of the Baxter support center aligning expert resources within the Baxter Information Technology organization.
