My name is Renee Power and I have been in the retail customer service industry for over 8 years.Over the years, during my retail experience, I have gained an enormous amount of skills that I know provided me with the confidence to handle various customers. When handling different types of customers it’s all about getting to know people and excepting different opinions while still being able to work as a team member; it’s about learning how to deal with all walks of life as well different personalities, learning how to balance my needs to ensure that customers need are met. This is why it is key to me to continue working with companies who put their customer’s first and value respect, honesty and acceptance.I also want to share that I am a firm believer of the saying “its never to late to start learning again”. Something that I believe is so important is to always stay current and upgraded with your skills, and it is why I made the decision to go and upgrade me skills to always further my career opportunities. I recently completed a customer service training program and it has given me a whole new understanding of how to be stronger not just with my administrative skills, but computer and database skills, communication with customers and employers and telephone etiquette.
