Planned and executed the customer acquisition and leverage strategies in dinnerware, flatware gift and toy categories. Utilized catalogs, targeted solo mailings, on-pack offers, FSI’s and e-commerce channels to achieve $13 million in sales. Managed over 1,800 SKUs, including annual introduction of at least 40% new items. Increased sales by leveraging business model with manufacturers to add better brand names that appealed to desired customer demographics.
