Serve in the role of HR Director for this Regional Ministry/Hospital (96 beds - under construction to bring this number to 155 beds by 2017) and for the Critical Access Hospital (18 swing beds and full clinic) . Also serve as HR Director to Riley and Pott County EMS. Currently support 722 associates across all locations. .Work in all venues of HR functions - Talent, Onboarding, Associate Relations, Benefits Administration, Organizational Development and Training.

At this Hilton Garden Inn in Tulsa, Ok along with 26 team members, managed processes that improved ADR $ 5.35 in 2012, growing food and beverage revenues 35% in 2012 and replaced over 400,000. in revenues that were shifted to sister property. In November added Sales responsibilities to my port folio as property is without DOS. Very proficient in Quality Assurance, Safety and Security, and all Human Resource areas. Also implemented new restaurant menu in the American Grill as of December 2012.

Implemented Policy and Procedures for the 19 hotels, determined which insurance companies could provided the best coverage at the most cost effective premium rates for company and team members and rolled out current Blue Cross, Humana, Eye Med benefits, released an updated Team Member Handbook, Audited all HR functions at property level insuring ADA, EEO, Wage and Hour Guidelines were in compliance, answered Interoggatories for any Legal, filed and followed up on Workers Compensation Claims including light duty return to work programs at each property, answered all Unemployment claims for properties in Texas and Oklahoma including researching and providing supporting documents for these claims. Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection system for all positions at corporate office and for property General Managers. Provided a fair, firm and friendly atmosphere.

Opened Dt Warren Place, a 371 room 5 star facility with over 60,000 square ft of mtg space along with casual dining restaurant, Greenleafs on the Park and the famous Warren Duck Club as the Human Resource Director. Responsibilities and assignments included recruiting, benefits, safety and security, quality assurance, workers compensation and general liability and full scope of service training for all hourly and management positions. Also served as an Operations Review Team member which required to travel 50% auditing other Doubletree's on the east and west coast. Transferred after 18 years( hotel sold and became franchise property) to Doubletree Downtown, a 417 room property with over 100,000 sq ft of meeting space. Same job duties. In 2009 moved into Director of Operations position and moved into operations and budgdeting process of Rooms, and Food and Beverage as well as assisted with HR functions. Left in Nov 2009 when Director of Operations position was eliminated from the 2010 budget due to recession.
