I currently take all applications for a property that holds 200+ units. They vary from strictly tax credit, site based, home high, home low to public housing units. I have both family developments and a senior building. I process every application that comes into the office as well as through the internet from the moment received to the day they are housed. The paperwork deadlines and waiting list regulations.. HUD is infamous for regulations and it is my job to stay on top of all of them.

I currently must uphold the mission statement of the organization. We currently have children from age 3-15 in and out throughout the year holding up to 250 kids at some points. I must ensure that the kids are placed with knowledge coaching staff, upstanding citizens and are being taken care of during their learning process. I do everything from taking a complaint, to settings teams for all ages to scheduling events for kids and clinics for coaches.
