My contributions were twofold:✅ Leading the labor work stream for the $29B Medco and Express Scripts M&A, and negotiating 19 collective bargaining agreements✅ Saving $200M by strategically designing and executing a full reorganization backed by another $100M in cost reductions before the end of 2014Going from 3K to 12K employees during the acquisition, my main strategy for incorporating staff into the Express Scripts family was to focus on developing a strong HR team capable of making high-level, strategic decisions and eliminating redundancy.
