I have dual responsibilities with site level work and then as a referent/reference person within the NAM region as well. As a referent, I provide training, support, documentation, guidance and problem-solving to my 12+ coworkers throughout the NAM region. I also provide support, insight and guidance to our home office in Belgium regarding my job duties. My experience and knowledge with SAP, SalesForce/ServiceMax, and our internal processes/policies allow me to assist a multitude of employees at various levels - from peers to technical staff to management.My site level responsibilities include accounting duties, parts management, and supply chain management. These include but not limited to logging of receipts, verifying receipts with charges on account or statement, entry of items in SAP, payment of invoices, management of petty cash and monthly accountancy report. I am responsible for spare parts management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, calibration records, supply chain management and other miscellaneous duties.

My responsibilities included assisting project managers with coordinating the pick up and delivery of goods to our customers. I also prepared daily and weekly manifests for our various transportation vendors so that trucks could be scheduled as needed.

My main duty was mail processing, both incoming and outgoing. We used a variety of services including USPS, FedEx and UPS. I was also responsible for running reports, ordering and organization of supplies.
