I helped reduce the company's A/R by $5M quickly upon taking over the position. In this position, I also handled all invoicing which consisted of specialty, customized, service and fee billing; Cash Application via cash, check and credit card, including the processing of the credit card purchases. I was also involved with the processing of company payroll and the auditing of employee time cards.

When I started with McCann, this was a newly created position. I helped develop procedures for the Project Management Department to help with the smooth flow of project installation. I oversaw projects from its inception to completion, including the preparation of the project for its final billing. I also helped the Sales Department when needed.

I returned to work for ECI overseeing the daily operations of the office and supervising the office staff. Here I handled all phases of Order Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Invoicing (including service and fee billing), Cash Application via cash, check and credit cards (including the processing of the credit cards) and Payroll. I prepared and filed the monthly Sales & Use Taxes, performed month-end, quarter-end and year-end functions and reporting for the company accountant. I also provided administrative support.
