Shuropody's unique proposition offers it's customers podiatry treatments via it's onsite clinics, alongside a footwear and footcare offering, making it the go to place for all foot health needs.At Shuropody I am responsible for all aspects of creative marketing for the company, ensuring brand integrity and consistency is at the forefront when advertising it’s products and services. Whilst with Shuropody I have played a key role in the restructuring of the company ensuring there are marketing strategies in place to meet the growth needs of the business. An important part of my role initially as Head of Marketing was to evaluate the company’s vision and goals, understanding our customers better as well as identifying opportunities to appeal to a broader consumer audience. Re-branding was a huge part of the growth strategy for the business. I took ownership for all tangible brand elements such as brand logo, corporate marketing collateral.Responsible for the creation, distribution and print management off all instore campaign, instore literature, signage and marketing collateral.Throughout my time with Shuropody i have always played a key role with the look and feel of it's stores. Having been with the company since 2010 I have been involved with many store concepts and now manage the store expansion programme working with shopfitters, design agencies, signage installers etc as well as internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on budget and on time.I am office based, but often work remotely. Travel is also required periodically for surveys, VM work and leading retail teams with new store openings and refits.
