Using a holistic and science backed approach, I make mental training simple for professional athletes to ensure their biggest opponent isn't themselves. Just a few years ago, I was traveling around the U.S. with training company teaching and certifying C-Suite executives, psychologists, and first responders in the tools to best serve their teams and their patients.Ā Folks would all come through looking to learn skills to enhance their career, better their results for their patients, and live a better work-life balance.Ā And it was fine. I loved my team and getting to meet so many new people.Ā But I started thinking about how powerful and incredibly tangible all of this would be for athletes. (and how I wish I had these skills when I was playing in college!)I know athletes work hard.; they can push their mind and body to the limit, can be very determined, and will execute. Sometimes they just don't know what to do... yet!So, I shifted my focus and passion for this work to athletes. Athletes who are hungry and have big goals. Athletes who know they can play even a little bit better, they just don't know how. Athletes who are completely dedicated to training their bodyā¦but could really benefit from training their mind.
