Being part of the financial services industry for almost 10 years in various roles and geographical locations, it gives me great pride to be able to establish a personalised brokerage service where ethics and integrity are at the core of our business.I have been involved in all aspects of compliance and administration from the start of my career in financial services and in 2015 completed my level 3 CISI Compliance diploma with the view to complete my level 4 in 2017. Client service and integrity driven investments are at the core of what Northern Cross Wealth Management stands for and supporting an Advisor with a strong, ethical reputation is the highest priority for us when it comes to welcoming members to our NCWM family.

As one of the founding Directors of IIMG Africa (Pty) Ltd, I helped to establish and set up internal compliance and administration procedures that would adhere to our vision and goal of following an ethical and client orientated IFA brokerage. By staying small and only working with colleagues we know and have respect for the way they have conducted themselves in the industry before joining IIMG Africa (Pty) Ltd, we manage to set ourselves apart from our competitors by sticking to our values and trying change the perception of how business in our industry is done. I am passionate about upskilling and ensure that each one of our staff members, from Admin to Coordinators and our Advisors, are continuously studying and furthering themselves with industry relevant courses and qualifications. These are done over and above the required CPD hours. I pride myself on the fact that our office considers itself more of a family and we have a vested interest in the success of each and everyone of our team.My personal goal over the next 18 months is to achieve my Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments. Through this achievement I feel confident I will ensure IIMG Africa (Pty) Ltd stays true to its ethical and client focused business practices.

In my role as Client Relationship Manager, I take it upon myself to continuously keep our Client updated with information on their investment portfolios. I take great pleasure in establishing first contact with prospective new clients and coordinating meetings between the Client and our Investment Consultants.Client Service has always been important to me as I feel this is an important area where you can set your company reputation apart, thereby building loyal and life-long relationships. I strive to do this by paying attention to the little things and always addressing client requests with the utmost urgency. Having worked with the same Manager for over 2 years, I feel we have a strong sense of what needs to be done to keep our clients happy and confident that they are receiving the best service possible which is reflected in our proven track-record of client satisfaction.
