Reneé is the Director of Sales at Ignite Retail Technology formerly KRS. She leads the sales and client services teams that assist in all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing account management. Reneé also leads the Strategic Accounts group at Ignite Retail Technology, which provides concierge-level service to the highest priority clients in Ignite's portfolio. With 20 years of experience, Reneé is one of our top consultants. She has designed dozens of successful loyalty programs across the country. Her repertoire includes programs for convenience stores, truck stops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Reneé has been instrumental in creating all policies and procedures for the ongoing support of current clients. She has proven indispensable in developing our proprietary training methods and is our resident expert on the implementation of best practices. Programs that Reneé has launched are proven to be our best performers year after year. After graduating from College, Reneé found an outlet for her creative marketing side when she went to work for Clear Channel Communications. As a Senior Account Executive, she excelled at designing multimedia marketing and advertising campaigns for their clients. She gained skills in budgeting, implementing, and follow-up analysis of marketing programs successfully designed to increase the sales and profitability of dozens of top companies. Reneé brings to the Ignite Retail Technology Team the ability to take the valuable data accumulated by loyalty marketing and leverage it most effectively and efficiently through traditional marketing techniques.Reneé also regularly participates in National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) activities. She has been a guest speaker on loyalty at NACS and oil company conferences. Reneé is somewhat of a local celebrity in Twin Falls, ID. In her spare time, she is the lead singer of a popular band she formed 21 years ago, Front Porch Flavor. When she is not traveling the world consulting fortune 500 companies on loyalty marketing, you can find her gigging at local venues throughout Southern Idaho. Her band even played at the Usual Suspects Party at the 2021 NACS SHOW in Chicago, where she got to mix business and her favorite hobby.
