I started working as an HR Coordinator, in charge of personnel administration using GIRO HR Administration Software. Activities: Contract elaboration, PayrolI Information.After that I became the Chief Staff Recruiter for 12 different clients with different needs of skills. Activities: I was in charge of the whole recruitment and hiring process, the last step in my process was to deliver a complete file to the HR Coordinator. This file includes employee number assigned by GIRO, contract, company documentation and candidate's requested documentation to complete file.

I was in charge of closing down a company bought by Beechwood, laiding of all the company employees and legally create a new Moral Person in Mexico. Here I started with th legal part of HR, closing down a UNION to legal authorities and laiding of the company employees.

Accomplishments: At the UAD my biggest accomplishment was the creation of a new program for the English Department in the 3 levels basic, Intermediate and Advanced.
