I have worked in many different areas such as, school districts, corporate offices, etc. I have finished my bachelor's in Human Relations and I am now a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I am interested in improving the health of my family and friends. I also would like to assist others in becoming healthier, deal with health problems they may be experiencing, or any aspect of their life. While studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I was taught over a 100 different dietary theories which has given me an amazing opportunity to help others.
