Whether it’s better understanding their consumer through robust listening programs, partnering with influencers to tap into a new audience or cultivating an online voice, look and persona, I’ve been involved in shaping some of America’s favorite brands including M&M’S, DOVE Chocolate, Hormel Foods, etc.,Over my 2.5 years at Weber Shandwick, I’ve led the social business for M&M’S and DOVE, helping to launch both brands on various social channels, growing the business by 244% in a year. I’ve also been heavily involved in integrating a new process across seven different partner agencies for unifying our approach when it comes to certain business practices, creating efficiencies and enabling best practices our clients.
