Manage a staff of 55 associates and ensure that customers' online orders get filled properly and are dispensed in a timely manner. Schedule associates on a weekly basis, and assign tasks daily depending on department need. Participate in hiring, training, and firing decisions for the area. Serve as point of reference and provide knowledge to both associates and customers about the benefits, process, and technical workings of our department.

Customer service, restocking merchandise, Site to Store, setting out new displays, logging merchandise. Setting up cell phones for customers and explaining various products to them. Took initiative to learn about products and plans available to customers, as there was no informative materials provided by the store for associate knowledge. Learned other areas of the store, such as cashiering, mixing paint, registering hunting/fishing licenses, cutting keys, and cutting fabric.

Went to Interfaith Homes and helped tutor kids, primarily those in Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. Helped them learn to identify letters and numbers, assisted in reading and mathematics, and communicated with them.
