Chief People Officer
CurrentStrategic oversight and operational responsibility across all aspects of the firm’s human resources function including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, DEI, culture, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, and HR operations. Manage a global team of over 50 staff responsible for over 2000 employees across 47 locations worldwide. Member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the Board, CEO, Executive Committee, and other senior leaders to help define our people strategy and implement initiatives and processes designed to attract, develop and retain our people.
