BT GLOBAL SERVICES AUG 2013 - Present In this role I was recruited to expand strategic accounts by building and maintaining relationships with C-level contacts as an Inside Sales Manager and critical member of Global Sales team. I expanded my sphere of influence as a Project Coordinator tasked with drafting customer-facing responses regarding products and services through cross-functional collaboration. INSIDE SALES MANAGER, GLOBAL SALES: Assess enterprise-wide collaboration needs, product roadmap, and buying criteria to drive high-impact decision making. Author bill of materials in conjunction with sales engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with stakeholder expectations. Coordinate entire buying process from pricing presentations and budgetary quotes to contract negotiations and real-time reporting with forecasting, risk management and client retention data.~ Orchestrated a six-sigma project to upgrade all business units with new VTC equipment in three phases by providing regular, strategic communication to key stakeholders, resulting in $350K committed revenue during first project phase.~ Supervised new client onboarding process from technology adoption to change management, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.~ Provided senior-level leadership and direction on all post-sales activities by mentoring key personnel during implementation and roll out processes. PROJECT COORDINATOR: Serve as intermediary between business units, sales teams, and customers as principal point of contact to ensure streamlined order fulfillment process and accurate reporting to senior management. Strategically plan and schedule projects to accommodate customer requests for quotes (RFQ).
