After graduating in Tourism, the pandemic broke out and we all know what that meant: being both flexible and agile, exploring new opportunities. Meaning a blessing in disguise, as it brought me to Coinmerce! Initially an Office Manager and now into HR Assistance, I developed a passion for people and process and I love how I can combine both aspects, especially in the scale up phase of our organization! I am approachable, eager to learn, highly motivated and adaptable to changing environments, and I naturally adapt to changing environments and different cultures. Always with a people-focus, following the law; I therefore consider myself as a person of integrity and empathy.
