The Community Warriors are a group of five trusted professionals with heart and commitment for seniors, their families and the community. We collaborate with each other to share our network of community resources to help seniors and their families navigate life’s transitions. Each Power Partner brings a wealth of experience to the table and as a team we are stronger. Community outreach, referral source development and appreciation and bringing networks full circle to connect seniors with resources are what we strive for. CW Power Partners include Home Care, Skilled Home Health, Elder Law & VA Attorney, Placement Services and Downsizing Services.

Networking and developing deep relationships in the Healthcare industry in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Coordinating home health care needs for Medicare/Medicaid patients and following all Medicare guidelines. Provide resources and education to physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, hospital Case Managers and many more referral sources to keep seniors and others in need safe and healthy at home and limiting hospital readmissions. Have coordinated care and developed relationships with the West FL ACO and participated in two Bi-Annual Symposiums with 160 practitioners attending. Extremely involved in the community through Community Warriors Power Partners.

Providing in-home care in Pasco and North Pinellas counties. Marketing to the healthcare community and meeting with clients who need extra help at home to assess their needs and recommend services. Recruited, conducted interviews and hired compassionate, caring caregivers in East Pasco. Provided Supervisory visits and warm handoffs to caregivers at Start of Care to better prepare both caregiver and client for home care transition. Developed deeper relationships with community referral sources by providing in-service presentations, support group presentations and training. Very compassionate and involved in all aspects of home care to our clients.

Providing excellent guidance and services to families seeking Private Duty/Non-Skilled Home Care Options. Marketing the Always Best Care brand in Pasco and Pinellas Counties of Tampa Bay and providing care and resources to those seniors/others who need extra help at home, wherever home may be. Many years experience facilitating Alzheimer's/Dementia Support Groups and continue training/certifications in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association Gulf Coast Chapter.

Facilitate Alzheimer's/Dementia Support Group and ongoing training/certifications in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association Gulf Coast Chapter.

Serving the Senior Community in Hillsborough County/Tampa Bay area by providing resources through the Senior Directory Tampa Bay, published annually. Associate Publisher for annual resource directory for the Senior Community. Coordinate marketing events including Marketing Mania a monthly Professional Networking breakfast meeting hosted by Tampa Bay area Retirement and Assisted Living communities and sponsored by Majestic Marketing. Provide marketing support to our paid advertisers and to the Senior Community of Hillsborough County. Maintain professional contacts in Constant Contact. Advertising Sales for annual publication and online advertising.

Worked on a three-year contract for FedEx Marketing. Managed web content and reviewed/approved requested changes for the US transportation portion of the site. Migrated 10,000+ web pages for a more modern, streamlined look. Used Interwoven Teamsite Content Management System (CMS) and Aprimo Work Request System to manage requests for updates. Worked with stakeholders to maintain the quality and style of fedex.com. Trained users in the management of their page content using Teamsite. Worked with internal departments involved in infrastructure of website to maintain links, redirects and new sites being launched. Maintained a relationship with advertising and marketing agencies to manage content and digital assets used on the site. Stayed current on constantly changing web guidelines specific to fedex.com and provided guidance to marketing professionals and agencies requesting changes.

Migrated internal corporate print publications to online documents that resided on FedEx’s intranet. Designed and facilitated training to internal content owners to assist them in managing, revision cycles, retrieving and publishing their documents. Utilized Dynatag CMS and Adobe Framemaker for document management and conversion to web. Resided on taskforce to conduct R&D on current technologies for CMS tools. Archived and retrieved documents utilizing Documentum archival system. Worked closely with developers in customizing the archival process for the FedEx documents utilized by internal users.
