My responsibilities included:Management of 60-80 (varying numbers) professionals. Combined group of SAP FI/CO consultants and SAP project & program managers. My responsibilities within the Infrastructure & Outsourcing Division included:People manager cross units for 60 people. Specializations of employees were in the areas of workstation automation, cloud services, security and service/project management for infra & outsourcing projects.Lead people manager, HR responsible within MT.
