I am always looking for new ways to help my customers and obtain their loyalty. I research the new products and services available so I can offer what best for them and their business.My goal is to minimize their need to concentrate on telecom so they can concentrate on running their business.Specialties: I have been in telecom for over 10 years. In those years I have found that all businesses run into 5 common critical business issues: increasing revenue, managing change, improving productivity, minimizing risk and reducing costs. My success has come from helping my customers increase their revenue and reduce their costs by improving our focus on the ‘middle’. Sales is about relationships and caring about the customer.
