I have a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Teaching Certificate from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I am passionate about helping children and families in need and have worked in various nonprofit organizations for over four years.Most recently, I was a Case Manager at HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF, where I provided child health services and coordinated care plans for clients. I applied my analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex concepts and rules, and made independent and sound decisions. I also demonstrated my data entry and organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. I was part of a team that developed and implemented a program to assist our clients with their cases, and I was recommended for the Extraordinary Contributors Program for my performance. I am dependable, hard-working, and efficient, and I have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
