Her area of expertise is staging and overseeing large scale complex eDiscovery projects ranging from products liability, antitrust and DOJ investigations, construction and commercial litigation, patent infringement and employment matters filed in state and federal courts. Renee has developed her niche over the years working closely with case teams to support and carry out their ESI plans, assist with budgets, customize work flows to leverage technology and AI for smart review and for cost efficiencies. Renee and her KLD Team stage projects from preservation, data collection, document and managed attorney review, production preparation to trial support. She and Richmond office team are the "go to" for multi-week support in Eastern District of Virginia Court. Her eye for detail, responsiveness to clients’ needs along with exceptional project management abilities sets she and her KLD Team apart. Prior to joining KLDiscovery, Renee is co-founder of Superior Document Services in Richmond, VA. She and her partners built 21 year successful business by delivering high-touch, personalized document and eDiscovery services while ensuring the highest quality control and security standards. They were able to create long term relationships in Virginia’s legal communities providing legal copying, scanning, printing services and staying ahead of curve with eDiscovery needs by investing in the brightest personnel and talent and having the established reputation for delivering and managing some of Virginia’s most document intensive legal matters as a “one stop service provider.” She and KLD team have a successful track record supporting food manufacturing companies, energy companies, transportation companies, insurance carriers, and pharmaceutical companies in multi-year litigation matters.
