As a panel liaison for the Interactive sessions, the work begins every November with intros and guidance to the panel organizers and speakers. This includes a mix of panel, dual, solo, and core conversations to manage. The objective is to follow up with organizers and speakers to make sure they fully understand the focus of their sessions as well as when / where they need to report for their session at SXSW Interactive. Additionally, we work with the speakers to assist with strong presentation flows, allowing for FAQs and ensuring that every session being represented at the Festival is well prepared, focused, and engaging for audience members that attend.
