Managed all phases of design and documentation for twelve play area renovation projects for the City of San José. The projects were in groups of two and three, requiring coordination of multiple sites and requirements for each set of construction documents. All twelve came in under budget, allowing all additive alternates to be accepted.Performed and coordinated facilities assessment of 41 sites for San Jose Unified School District. Report assisted District in passage of $420 million facilities renovation bond.Project management duties (schedules, budgets, staffing) as well as systems design for athletic facilities renovations at Santa Clara and Wilcox High Schools, Santa Clara Unified School District.2000 NCTLC Award for Best Use of Turf; Submitted for 2002 CASH AwardsConcept design through construction assistance for addition of play area to Marsalli Park,Santa Clara.
