Responsible for leading all aspects of IT integrations of newly acquired entities, from the pre-close assessment and planning process through completed integration post-close. Oversee and lead integration projects across different areas of IT such as operational infrastructure, business and laboratory systems, IT organization/resources, and IT budget management, while aligning newly acquired entities with Exact Sciences standards.

Responsible for architecting, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Turville Bay’s computing and telephony infrastructure, while providing timely and efficient end user support services. Supervised the work of IT and Facilities staff members and consultants. Managed the organization’s IT and Facilities budgets.Challenged to improve overall productivity of the clinic through the implementation and use of technology. Worked closely with IT resources from local hospitals and other healthcare partners to simplify the secure transfer and integration of patient data among complex and disparate systems. Support and maintain Turville Bay’s primary industry applications. Designed, configured and supported the organization's virtualization, messaging, and remote access solutions.
