As a registered dietitian and entrepreneur, I'm deeply immersed in the dynamic intersection of science, innovation, and healthcare. Currently, as the Director of Education & Healthcare Sales at Prolon I blend my expertise in nutritional science and education with my strength in operations and sales. Here I support my fellow healthcare professionals in providing their patients cutting-edge longevity and fasting mimicking science. Aside from producing >150% YOY growth, I have also produced numerous educational tools including eBooks and seminars, among others. I have always been drawn to non-traditional work in the world of dietetics. After graduating with my master's in longevity nutrition from USC, I co-founded Heali AI, an endeavor aimed at simplifying nutrition guidance through scalable technology. One of our proudest achievements was developing a CDC-accredited online diabetes prevention program, an initiative that aimed to make a tangible impact on public health. Here I also led a team of over 50 nutrition professionals in developing one of the largest nutrition databases to date. The company continues to thrive, now with $3M in the recent seed funding round. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of contributing to various nutritional panels and leading educational seminars, including engagements at FNCE, YPO, and the DrTalks Fasting and Longevity Summit. While these opportunities have been rewarding, I remain committed to continual learning and growth, humbled by the chance to contribute positively to the field of healthcare.
