•Seek, evaluate, and assist in selection of sponsorships on an ongoing basis •Develop, define, and implement AdvoCare’s corporate-wide sponsorship strategy•Manage all efforts of sponsor activation and fulfillment, including asset management, contract fulfillment, compliance, media planning, logo clearances, and distributor communications •Lead activation and the strategy development of all aspects of AdvoCare’s sponsorships including NCAA Football, MLS FC Dallas Team, NASCAR Nationwide Series No.6 AdvoCare Ford Mustang and PGA Tournament•Ongoing management of a large activation budget •Oversee internal and external cross functional team responsible for activating AdvoCare’s yearly plan across all areas of the business•Create experiences for distributors that are once in a lifetime, relevant, informative and exciting•Develop and maintain relationships between ownership family, partners, and AdvoCare distributors

•Act as a liaison between sponsors and TCU Athletics and vendors to facilitate execution of sponsorship agreements•Maintain fulfillment records using CRM/KORE system •Manage all efforts of sponsor activation and fulfillment, including asset management, contract fulfillment, compliance, media planning, logo clearances, sponsor communication •Coordinate and execute hospitality programs and events including sponsor program elements, sponsor recap decks and sponsor fulfillment reports •Manage all aspects of marketing asset execution, including but not limited to marketing rights, stadium signage exposure, game day and in-market activation, radio/internet/print/social media, hospitality, and special events•Cultivate relationships with current and prospective sponsors•Prospect, establish and research leads to develop corporate relationships•Manage of all merchandise, tickets, autographed items, and other related hospitality items

•Coordinated complex hospitality programs and events including Super Bowl XLV sponsor program elements, sponsor recap decks and sponsor fulfillment reports •Maintained a tracking system for fulfillment of media assets and allocated elements and branding in print, social, online and televised advertisements •Assisted all efforts of sponsor activation and fulfillment, including asset management, contract execution and fulfillment, NFL compliance, media planning, logo clearances, sponsor communication and management of over 90 sponsorship accounts•Coordinated the Host Committee’s NFL Owner Hospitality Program for the 2010 NFL season and Super Bowl XLV to increase favorable exposure of Host Committee and North Texas region to NFL ownership groups•Assisted in all areas of event production, operations and communications including four high-profile concerts, luncheons and social events entertaining from 100-34,000 guests, sponsors and clients•Supported the Host Committee as the liaison between the NFL and North Texas community

•Contributed to maintaining a budget of over $5 million for approximately 70 annual events including managing graphics, logistics, booth design and contents for tradeshows and coordinating events for a Fortune 200 company•Researched venues to secure space and negotiate contracts for conferences, hotel and restaurant reservations, golf courses, etc., for various customer events •Compiled information including BNSF employee/customer biographies, travel arrangements, key event information and logistics for several BNSF events
