Women learn key concepts and apply them at their place of work through personal reflection, small group discussion, and action-learning assignments. As an Amplify Lead, I participated in ongoing leadership training, recruited interested women, facilitated weekly discussion groups within my organization, and supported the success of my small group participants by guiding their development and application of program principles.
