Our Client Success Concierge is the trusted partner for clients enrolled in ClientKit™, ELITE™ and ELITE™ GOLD (“program OR programs”). This individual’s primary role and responsibility is to provide clients with an exceptional, high engagement, high touch experience while being the front line for all client communications and needs. As the Client Success Concierge, your job is to make sure clients are properly supported using our training, groups calls, coaching calls, and events so they remain on track and held accountable for keeping up with the completion of the programs and their milestones while maintaining a white glove client experience throughout the end to end process. The Client Success Concierge plays an important role in maintaining and increasing client retention throughout our programs.

As the Guest Service Coordinator, I work first hand with the passengers and their experience on board. It is my job to make sure everyone is staying happy and enjoying their time. This includes making appointments, arranging transportation, room service, and taking and resolving complaints. Another part of the job is sales, I am constantly selling more cruises to our customers to ensure they have everything arranged for their next adventure.

At Novotel Sydney Central I interned in the Corporate Event department and the Human Resources department. In Corporate Events I wrote up event proposals and banquet event orders. I was a part of making sure all of the clients needs were on paper and communicated to the rest of the hotel team. In Human Resources I was able to sit in on new employee interviews and help with promotions. I was in charge of coming up with ideas and activities for in-hotel promotions. I also made posters and fundraiser events for the employees. I was also able to sit in on weekly meetings where I received an over all concept of what each department of the hotel does day to day.

Assisted in answering phone calls, used Quickbooks for accounts receivable and accounts payable, and helped with payroll.
