Aquisition of new properties for a portfolio of owners.All research including identification of properties, market condition analysis, property inspection opinion, and assist in final determing properties for aquisition.

Management of multiple properties for a portfolio of owners. Properties range from single family homes and luxury executive homes to larger multi-family properties. My territory currently includes SE Minnesota. I am resonsible for all aspects of the properties management. Including the marketing, showing and leasing of properties. I care for all resident issues, and maintain our resident retention plan. I identify, schedule, and oversee property maintenance. I also assist with the planning, bidding, and oversite of capitol improvements. I accept seasonal contracts for property services such as trash, lawn care, and snow removal. I prepare yearly property budgets and maintain those budgets. I aquire new accounts through referals and networking. In me you will find with a Property Manager that is Professional, with a with a Personal Touch.

Management of a portfolio of over 1500 units. For approximately 30 owners. The markets included Rochester and smaller SE Minnesota communities including Austin. Properties ranged from single family homes to senior high rise properties. I have experience with tax credit properties, including income based section 42, rural development and section 8. Much of my experience however included marked based, apartments, and town homes. My responsibilities included direct owner contact and reporting on a regular and monthly basis to them, oversite of site managers for larger properties, and direct management and showing of many of the properties. I conducted regular inspections including annual property licensure inspections with Building and Safety. I scheduled both routine maintenance, as well as capitol improvements. I prepared yearly budgets for properties, and was resposible for maintaining those budgets.
