System Owner of over 2,000 laboratory assets and responsible for asset data records in validated CMMS Maximo database to ensure adherence to GMP standards. Direct interaction with client community at Amgen, RI. Coordinate PM/PMCAL/GM/CM work orders between end users, vendors and LAMPx. Standardize naming conventions and classification of asset types across Process Development Labs. Update records in IBM Maximo database to reflect assets in the labs. Adding equipment, scheduling PMs, level loading groups of equipment for service maintenance.

Manage chemical ordering, lab testing schedule, data records for NADCAP and EPA adherence and validation. Performed analytical testing via titration method of tank solutions for Chromium VI, Zinc, Nickel, Copper cyanide, Boric acid and other electroplating chemicals to determine chemical additions in tanks to maintain correct chemical ratios within tanks. AA analysis for metal concentration in solution and x-rays of hull cells for thickness as validation of concentration. Hull cells run weekly for chrome, zinc and nickel tanks. Waste water AA analysis for metal content prior to discharge daily and sample submissions to RI DEM monthly.

Process chemical plating solution samples at NADCAP accredited precious metals electroplating manufacturer. Analyze samples using standard analytical titrations and industry specific methods. Perform data entry using TruChem software, recommend and perform chemical additions of silver cyanide and other tank chemicals to maintain correct ratios of required specifications. Qualified for AA and ICP operation for waste water and metal concentration testing.
