Just completed the development and design of OnPoint Community Credit Union's new careers website through outside partnership with marketing firm, Kennedy Communications. Complete the staffing and recruitment plans for both Corporate and Branch hiring. The full cycle sourcing & recruiting process used in conjunction with extensive interaction and participation of all levels of management within the corporate and branch offices. Completed the implementation of the HODESIQ recruiting system through weekly meetings with the Hodes Group engineers and marketing staff. This included reviewing OnPoint’s sourcing & hiring strategies with all Senior Executives, developing new processes, determining how to improve the process without reducing our quality in our day-to-day communication and responsibilities to our candidates.

Built and maintained ongoing relationships with managers, directors and executives throughout the corporate, distribution and regional centers. Solicited and recruited merchandising, marketing, strategic planning, finance/accounting and operations talent for hiring managers throughout company. The additional role of generalist was to provide representation and support to all partners and management within the company in areas of career development, training, strategizing and development with the L& D department, work force planning and the performance review process. Projects have included: Internal Job Posting Process, Re-Deployment Planning development, on-site technical and administrative career fairs, etc.
