The guiding principle that I repeat to myself daily is “do what’s right, not what’s easy”! Repeating that principle to myself when I’m presented with significant challenges has served me well professionally and personally. My greatest satisfaction comes from staring down an issue or long standing problem, dissecting the components, finding the root cause and collaboratively building a solution that works for all! Working as a consultant has energized me to challenge myself to view issues through unfamiliar lenses, adapt and assist in ever changing environments all while still being able to produce outcomes that the client feels are successfully implemented.I am an evangelist for Salesforce.com and the things that the application can do to transform an organization of 40 or 1000.
