I have broad experience in change management, quality and commercial. I joined GE in 1993 as part of GE's Manufacturing Management program. I spent my first 4 years on the shop floor, helping my team improve their processes, reduce defects and redesign manufacturing floors. It was my role as a Black Belt that pulled me into the Commercial Team and a variety of roles in Sales, Commercial Excellence and Marketing. I have had the pleasure of working in Transportation, Appliance, Power and Digital.What I love most about my job is activating a new market; Understanding the unmet customer needs, validating that we are uniquely qualified to serve that need and then working to delight the customer with the shortest time to "wow". I also value suiting up a sales person to compete and win; Providing my peers with the tools, offensive strikes and the proof points they need to help the customer through their buying journey.
